Wild Sensitive Plant (Cassia tora)

WILD SENSITIVE PLANT
Cassia tora Pea or Bean Family Leguminosae
July - September Common
Description: From 6 to 15 inches tall, 6 or more pairs of  leaflets per leaf stem, ovate, sensitive to touch, simular to the partridge pea. Flowers much smaller about 1/4 inch with 5 stamens and 5 petals with the lower being much larger.

Location: sandy soil
