VIPER'S BUGLOSS
Echium vulgarea Borage Family  Boraginaceae
June - August common
Description: From 1 to3 feet tall. Leaves are basal which are long and narrow stem leaves are smaller and entire plant is bristly. Flowers bloom from curled branches, on which one flower blooms at a time. Upper lip exceeds the lower lip of the flower, long red stamen projects.

Location: Roadsides, Fields and waste places
